RETURNS AND EXCHANGES If you are not completely satisfied with the goods you have purchased, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt. All return items must be in original, resalable condition: unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Items must be complete with original tags attached and/or packaging if applicable. Please kindly note that promotions and discount items are non-refundable and non- exchangeable.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM (FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE)
1. CONTACT US Please send your refund / exchange request by email to email@example.com. Please provide us with your personal details (address and telephone number), order number, and item details (code and size).
2. SHIP YOUR RETURN Prepare you return pack and ship it to our warehouse:

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. • Please remember to keep your proof of postage until you receive our confirmation. • Please consider sending all return packages with a trackable / insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. • Please ensure all returned goods are well packaged, to avoid any damage during transit. • Please ensure all footwear boxes are covered by a protective outer layer - do not apply any stickers or shipping information directly to any footwear boxes.
3. METHOD OF REFUND You will receive an email confirmation of returned item at our warehouse. After our quality check we will inform you about the eligibility or not of your refund. The refund method will follow the payment method. • CREDIT CARD PAYMENT: the refund will be made on the same credit card used for the purchase; the necessary refund time depends on your bank. • PAYPAL PAYMENT: the refund will be visible on your PayPal account within 48 hours of receiving the email confirming the refund. • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. METHOD OF EXCHANGE A confirmation email will be sent to you once the items you wish to exchange have arrived and have been processed. You will be informed about the new dispatch. No return postage charge will be applied.

Taxes and duties are costs caused by imports and customs. 8Js ships from France under DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) incoterm for all countries of the European Union.
For those countries you will not pay anything upon receipt.
For the rest of the world, you will have to settle the duties and taxes of your country upon reception of you order.
